EVERLASTING WREATH & DRIED FLOWERS : Dried flowers can last for years if taken care of, but will fade if placed in direct sunlight. If storing your dried flowers for next year, we recommend keeping them in a sturdy box or protective Tupperware and storing them in a cool, dark place. Do not get dried flowers wet, although most will do just fine in a humid room like a bathroom.
AIR PLANTS : Air plants need three things for good health: water, light, and air circulation. Air plants should be fully immersed in water for 10min to 30min every other week. After watering, it is critical to allow air plants to dry to avoid rot, which is the biggest danger to air plants. Most air plants prefer bright, indirect light such as light near a south-facing window. They can take a bit of direct sun, but too much is deadly. They like breezy conditions, if possible, so try to display them in such a way so that air circulation is maximized. Balancing water, light, and air circulation will keep your plants alive for many generations.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Current processing times are 2-3 business days with additional time in transit. Processing and transit times may vary during peak season. If your order includes live plants, there may be an additional delay due to our commitment to providing the healthiest, happiest specimen (which might require an extra trip to the nursery). We want you to get your package as quickly as possible! If you think the transit time is abnormally long or if you have questions about tracking, contact us and we'll get it sorted for you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us at inquiries@thelocalfloret.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has been processed and may already be in route and can no longer be canceled . Please note: Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
can I return merchandise?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items purchased on our website may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 4 days of delivery. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy page.

We do offer free local delivery throughout the Winters, California area only. Just choose the "Local Delivery" option at checkout, and we'll send you an email to coordinate drop-off! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions - we're happy to help!
WHAT IF MY MERCHANDISE ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your merchandise arrived damaged please take a few photos and email to inquiries@thelocalfloret.com within 4 days of delivery. Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to issue a refund or replacement. Please provide as much information as possible so we can best assist you through this process.
